Description
The Thule Locking Straps (13ft) 831 are sold in a pairs and use steel cables inside theft resistant nylon sleeves. Lightweight corrosion resistant aluminum buckles are used to secure the straps along with a rubber coated lock housing that also helps prevent scratching your vehicle or equipment. </p>
